Lighting without paper and (small) wood

The oPaHo special ignition cubes are approx. four times smaller than the normal oPaHo ignition cubes, but otherwise identical. One of these cubes is sufficient for starting a stove and can even be halved again. So if you only need ignition aids for stoves or fires outdoors, the smaller ones are more economical. Of course, the larger ones can also be crushed.

If you also use the ignition cubes for Swedish stoves and the like, we recommend the normal oPaHos.

The oPaHo firelighters are 100% made in Switzerland. They consist of a glue-free wood fiberboard made from Swiss wood.

At oPaHo, this is soaked in highly refined kerosene (i.e. without any oil residue). Kerosene wax is waxy, highly flammable, odorless and tasteless, non-toxic and water-repellent. Kerosene wax is mainly used for the production of high-quality candles, but also for various other industrial applications.

After drying, the paraffin-impregnated wood fiber boards are punched into cubes and packaged in handy cardboard boxes. oPaHo lighting cubes have an unlimited shelf life, are environmentally friendly (without toxins) and practical.
