OUTDOORWERK products come with a 25-year guarantee. This applies to defects that arise during the manufacture of the product but are only discovered during use. At OUTDOORWERK's discretion, the defective product will either be repaired or replaced.

There is no warranty if the product was not purchased from OUTDOORWERK itself or from its official resellers, or if the defect or damage was caused by improper handling, maintenance, care or natural wear and tear of the goods. The buyer should refer to the enclosed instructions and recommendations. Below you will find the product-specific warranty information.

OUTDOORWERK IS IN NO CASE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Knives and hair knives

We offer a 25-year warranty for material and manufacturing defects, i.e. for defects that arise during the manufacture of the knife but are only discovered during use. Defects normally come to light within six months. In this case, we will carry out repairs or supply a new knife. The guarantee does not apply if the knife has been used improperly or if damage has been caused by negligent handling. A knife is a precision cutting tool and is not suitable for breaking or chiseling. Discoloration caused by blood, salt water or other aggressive substances, as well as natural wear and tear, are not covered by the warranty. Broken blade tips are not covered by the guarantee. The sheath will be replaced if it proves to have been manufactured incorrectly from the outset, but not as a result of careless use. We will of course endeavor to find a solution for our customers even after the warranty has expired.

Outdoor Stoves

The 25-year guarantee for outdoor stoves applies to material and manufacturing defects, i.e. defects that arise during the manufacture of the outdoor stove but are only discovered during use. Manufacturing defects and functional faults normally become apparent after a few uses. In the case of obvious manufacturing defects, we will repair the defective part or replace the stove. Excluded from the guarantee are improper use, natural deformation and wear, as well as discoloration of the metal caused by heating. Also excluded from the guarantee is the loss of rust resistance of the metal parts due to annealing.

However, we are always prepared to offer our customers a fair solution. In the case of defects caused by the customer, we are happy to make a repair offer.
