First sharpening service free of charge!

All customers who buy a knife or sheath knife from OUTDOORWERK, from us or one of our resellers, receive a free initial sharpening service (does not apply to Victorinox knives). This includes resharpening the blade, honing by hand, greasing the handle and case. OUTDOORWERK will bear the return shipping costs to the customer within Switzerland. Postage costs for addresses outside Switzerland shall be borne by the customer (advance payment). Please contact us in advance: info@outdoorwerk.ch

Costs for knife sharpening service:

• For the grinding service of a convex knife on the belt and by hand: approx. CHF 30-60/knife (depending on condition)
  
• Resharpening of a knife with V-grind geometry: approx. CHF 40-100/knife (depending on size, steel and condition)
  

Costs for sheath production:

• Production of special knife sheaths made of leather or Kydex, riveted, machine- or hand-sewn: between CHF 100-350
  
• Minor alterations such as additional tabs, holes, eyelets etc.: approx. CHF 15-30
