General Terms and Conditions

Our general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries and services. Once you have finally sent an order, it is binding.

Delivery area

Delivery regions are Switzerland, Europe and International.

Delivery time

Deliveries that are in stock are usually made within 7 working days for Switzerland. Internationally, it can occasionally take weeks. The delivery time is usually noted.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs are calculated according to weight and basic price and vary internationally depending on the shipping region. The shipping costs for your order are displayed during the ordering process.

Prices

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). We are not subject to VAT.

Terms of payment

We offer the following payment options: TWINT, credit cards, PayPal, QR-bill (prepayment).

Complaints

Complaints due to defects or due to incomplete or incorrect delivery must be notified to us in writing immediately, at the latest 14 days from the invoice date.

Right of return

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase from OUTDOORWERK, but returns without prior consent will not be accepted. Returns for exchange or credit can only be accepted if they are unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Returns must be made within 8 days and accompanied by a copy of the invoice or delivery bill.
