Our terms and conditions apply to all deliveries and services. Once you have submitted your order, it is binding.

Delivery area

We deliver to Switzerland, Europe, and internationally.

Delivery time

Deliveries that are in stock are usually made within 7 working days for Switzerland. Internationally, it can

occasionally take weeks. The delivery time is usually noted.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and base price and vary internationally depending on the shipping region. The shipping costs for your order are displayed during the ordering process.

Prices

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), excluding statutory VAT. OUTDOORWERK GmbH is not subject to VAT.

Payment terms

Deliveries are made against advance payment by bank transfer, credit card, Twint, and PayPal.

Complaints

Complaints due to defects or incomplete or incorrect delivery must be reported to us in writing immediately, at the latest

14 days from the invoice date.

Right of return

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases from OUTDOORWERK, but returns without prior

approval will not be accepted. Returns for exchange or credit can only be accepted if

unused, in perfect condition, and in the original packaging. Returns must be made within 8 days

and include a copy of the invoice or delivery note. The buyer is responsible for the postage costs for returns.

Warranty

OUTDOORWERK products come with a two-year warranty from the date of invoice. The warranty does not apply if

the fault or damage is due to improper handling, maintenance, care, or natural wear and tear of the goods.

The buyer can find the relevant instructions and recommendations in the enclosed information.

Risk awareness and liability

When using our outdoor products, the customer is expected to be aware of the risks involved. There is always

a risk of injury from cutting tools, possible burns when using fire, or

damage to equipment. Instructions for proper use can be found with the respective product.

OUTDOORWERK GmbH accepts no liability for any damage resulting from the use of our products.

Retention of title

The goods remain the property of OUTDOORWERK GmbH until full payment has been received.

Compensation

Claims for compensation due to errors in illustrations, prices, and texts or due to delayed delivery are strictly excluded.

The color of the products shown in the online shop may differ from the actual product color.

Data protection

The data necessary for business transactions will of course be treated confidentially.
