This additive process enables connections (pin and buckle in a single pass) and a surface structure that is not possible with CNC machining.
The surface is trovalised (slide-ground) and sandblasted with corundum, resulting in a beautiful matt finish.
Absolutely rust-free, light and stable - lasts a lifetime!
The buckle shape is based on the old Swiss military belt (if you know this system, you won't want anything else)
Fastening system: the end of the belt is tucked behind the belt after the pin.
